I have had the pleasure of having pet rabbits for the last 31 years.
It's been a huge learning curve as I imagine it is for most people - starting out and thinking you know what rabbits need, and then finding out what you actually need to do in order to care for them properly and create the right environment for them to be happy.
During my twenties I did years of volunteer work for rabbit rescues so I have looked after a lot of rabbits with a variety of different and sometimes complicated needs.
We understand a lot about rabbit health and illnesses having fostered (and kept!) bunnies through the years who didn't get adopted through no fault of their own.
We currently have two rescue bunnies of our own - Bailey & Zigzag. They are now approx 12/13 years old and doing well.
Our family loves all different types of creatures and we have some quite unusual pets - if you'd like to meet them just let me know!
